There are so many people I look up to in my life, especially when it comes to my own personal development and my profession. Two people in particular come to mind: Chalene Johnson and Michael Hyatt. Day 23: Ideas

We have hundreds of ideas every single day. Sometimes we’re really working to make those ideas flow, and then other days they just come like someone turned on a tap. What great ideas will you have today? And remember to be grateful!


Day 22: Friends

I always say that friends are the family you choose. I’ve been blessed with the most amazing group of women in my life that I call my family even though we aren’t related by blood. They are always there to make me laugh, listen to my worries and give me a hug when I need it. What do your friends mean to you?


Day 21: Partner

Is there one special person in your life that’s right along side you in this crazy ride we call life? It might be a spouse, best friend, child… Who’s your “person”? Today let’s be grateful for the yin to your yang.

Day 19: Light

Today be thankful for the light! It’s a bright sunny day here – cold – but at least it’s sunny! Light is so important to our mood, to our well-being and to our existence. Capture it in a picture!

Day 16: Senses

I am a smell person – maybe I have a heightened sense of smell – but I absolutely love the feeling that certain scents give me. I think my sense of smell helps to bring up happy memories from my childhood too which might be the reason I am so attached to it. Which of your senses are you most grateful for today?
